Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and operations in a fully onsite role in Fairless Hills, PA.

This senior HR executive will build and direct HR teams across locations, manage benefits programs, and act as a strategic partner to executive leadership to drive culture, performance, and organizational alignment in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all HR functions across the organization, including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals and managers to ensure consistency and high performance.
• Provide strategic direction for benefits programs, vendor management, plan design, renewals, open enrollment, and employee communications.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term HR strategies supporting growth, workforce planning, and succession.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, including terminations and policy interpretation.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting with involvement in senior-level hiring.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and offboarding are consistently executed across locations.
