Job summary

S&S Activewear in Reading, PA is seeking a Sr. HR Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner to lead HR strategy across sites.

You will guide Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement while partnering with site leaders and cross-functional teams. This role requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, strong leadership, fluency in English, and hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms such as ADP or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, social sciences or related field.
• Seven years of progressive HR experience with leadership and multi-site exposure.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP or Workday; strong data/analytics.
• Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and guidance in Talent Management, Performance Management and Engagement.
• Partner with site leaders to drive change, staff development and compensation programs.
• Oversee employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.
• Supervise regional HR staff and coordinate with Recruiting, Total Rewards and Talent Enablement.
