Connect Search, LLC is partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-location organization to identify an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager who enjoys building strong teams and knows how to support an organization through significant growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong depth in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing HR team members.
• Experience supporting a multi-state and/or complex organization.
• Experience within construction, contracting, field services, or another operations-focused environment is required.
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative leadership style with strong judgment and communication skills.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building a cohesive team and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits administration, including enrollment, audits, reporting, life-event changes, employee communications, and vendor relationships
• Oversee annual open enrollment and benefits education
• Partner with Payroll and Finance on deductions, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
• Coach managers and employees through workplace issues with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
• Help build, mentor, and develop a growing HR team
• Support company events, holiday planning, HR initiatives, and special projects
• Partner closely with the HR Director and senior leadership as the organization continues to scale
