Leidos Energy is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead the people strategy for a ~$1.3B business with ambitions to reach $2B+. Based in Reston, VA, you will be a core member of the Energy Leadership Team, partnering with the Energy SVP to shape organization, leadership, talent, culture, and workforce capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience supporting senior executives.
Ability to translate business strategy into people and workforce strategy.
Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Advise the Energy SVP on organization, leadership, talent, culture, workforce strategy.
Translate growth strategy into an integrated people strategy for Energy.
Lead organizational change and transformation to support growth, integration, and evolving work models.
Build leadership pipelines and succession strategies for critical capabilities.
Drive talent management, inclusion, and high-performance culture across Energy.
