Job summary

Blue Line Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our growing HR function and serve as the senior HR resource for leadership, managers, and employees.

This is a hands-on HR leadership position responsible for employee relations, employment compliance, performance management, leave administration, investigations, disciplinary processes, policy development, recruiting support, and overall HR operations for a growing, multi-state private security organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR experience with employee relations and compliance.
• Experience handling investigations, discipline, terminations, and leave administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for employee relations and policy guidance.
• Advise managers on performance, attendance, and policy concerns.
• Lead compliance across multiple states and audit HR files.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and background checks with HR Specialist.
• Coordinate leave, accommodations, and worker’s compensation matters.
• Support unemployment claims and handle separations when needed.
