Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate a board mandate into executable work for the business.
• Spot bottlenecks in standups and unclog them.
• Lead post-mortems to capture lessons and avoid blame.
• Draft briefs turning agile ambition into scoped projects.
• Explain renewal terms to clients to keep both sides whole.
• Build dashboards so managers don’t ask for the same numbers.
• Foster relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value.
• Lead due diligence on acquisitions and investments.
