NextEra Energy is seeking an Sr HR Advisor - Investigations in Florida to conduct impartial workplace investigations, ensure policy compliance, and advise leaders across the enterprise. You will analyze complex cases, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and influence outcomes with data-driven insights.

The role involves collaboration across HR functions, handling sensitive issues such as harassment and discrimination, and supporting both regulated and unregulated energy operations.

Formación

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 4+ years

Responsabilidades

• Responds to employee or leader inquiries regarding performance coaching and policy matters
• Counsels management on workforce planning, development, and performance management
• Identifies employee issues and provides tailored “people solutions” to meet business objectives
• Provides recommendations for case resolution and closure
• Maintains relationships with key stakeholders
• Achieves metrics and suggests process improvements
• Provides data-driven analysis and recommendations
• Participates in or leads HR projects
• Mentors entry and mid-level team members
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws
• Performs other duties as assigned
