The role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent, Compensation and Employee Engagement to address harassment, discrimination and policy violations, mentor junior staff, and lead cross‑functional projects

Qualifikationen

• High School Grad / GED and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of HR investigations experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree and professional HR certifications (PHR/SPHR).

Aufgaben

• Investigate workplace complaints and conflicts impartially.
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommended resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners.
