Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with strong employment law knowledge.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Dayforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain compliance, advise managers, and communicate to employees company policies and practices.
• Plan and conduct all activities around the team member life cycle from talent acquisition to onboarding, training and development, performance, coaching, exits, and reporting.
• Promote, enroll, and assist employees with group benefit programs.
• Administer timekeeping and payroll processing for identified teams.
• Engage employees and support culture initiatives and Myers Values.
• Collaborate with Leadership to provide HR guidance and improve engagement and retention.
