Qualifications

• Experience with ADP/Payroll system and MS Excel/Word required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct HR department routines including hiring, pay, benefits, and leave.
• Coordinate recruitment, schedule screens and interviews.
• Maintain employee records, OSHA logs, and payroll data.
• Administer benefits enrollment and carrier communications.
• Ensure policy compliance and confidentiality of information.
• Partner with Risk Management on safety and leave programs.
• Generate HR reports and support management.
