Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain compliance, advise managers, and communicate policies to employees.
• Plan and manage all stages of the employee life cycle from talent acquisition to onboarding, training, performance, coaching, exits, and reporting.
• Promote and assist with group benefit programs.
• Administer time keeping and payroll processes or back-up payroll.
• Engage employees and support culture initiatives.
• Partner with Leadership Team to provide HR guidance.
• Improve engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Regularly communicate HR programs and Myers values.
• Analyze trends with HRIS and provide reports to Leaders.
