Job summary

Fortis Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support onsite at our Montgomery, TX location. The role requires collaboration with managers and employees, guidance on HR policies, and handling confidential employee matters with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, and familiarity with life sciences or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees onsite.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and performance reviews.
