Fortis Life Sciences, LLC seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support onsite in Montgomery, TX. You will lead full-cycle recruiting coordination, partner with hiring managers on onboarding, advise on HR policies, and assist with investigations, compliance and employee relations.

The role includes maintaining HRIS data, benefits and payroll coordination, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or agriculture preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruiting coordination and partner with hiring managers on hiring and onboarding to support a positive employee experience.
• Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
• Support HR investigations, conflict resolution, confidentiality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; support benefits, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; upkeep of handbooks, procedures and documentation.
• Support performance management and advise on goals, reviews and development.
• Contribute to recognition, retention and communication initiatives; collaborate across locations.
