Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Davidson, NC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist who partners with corporate leaders to deliver high-quality HR support and drive business performance. The role focuses on HR operations, HRIS administration (SAP: SuccessFactors), data integrity, and employee engagement across North America.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to implement talent strategies, conduct data audits, and lead onboarding for new HR team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors) and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• HR contact for corporate teams, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support HRBPs and business leaders in executing talent strategies, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
• Partner across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development), as needed, to deliver seamless employee experiences.
• Maintain and administer employee data within SuccessFactors, ensuring timely and accurate data entry (e.g., hires, job changes, reorganizations, terminations).
• Perform regular audits and data validation checks across enterprise to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
