Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Sr HR Generalist to partner with corporate leaders, manage HRIS (SAP: SuccessFactors) data, and drive workforce planning. You will deliver data-driven insights, maintain data integrity, and enhance HR processes across North America.

The role focuses on operational HR, analytics, and training, with emphasis on governance and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting global and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR partner for corporate teams, guiding policies and programs.
• Support HRBPs and leaders in talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Maintain and audit HR data in SuccessFactors, ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create training materials and lead onboarding for North America.
