The role requires strong collaboration with HRBPs, COEs, and leaders to enable talent outcomes.

Based at our Davidson, NC offices, you will maintain SuccessFactors data, conduct audits, and drive training while ensuring compliance across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate leaders to deliver HR programs and workforce plans.
• Administer HRIS data, run audits, and ensure data integrity.
• Support HRBP, COEs, and business leaders to execute talent strategies.
• Lead onboarding and training on HR processes for North America.
