Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR with 7+ years HR experience; in lieu of degree, related HR experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide consultation and guidance to managers and employees in HR areas such as talent management and workforce design.
• Collaborate with executives to optimize workforce productivity and business outcomes.
• Manage employee relations matters with coaching and resolutions to foster a positive environment.
• Participate in compensation planning, employee engagement, and culture-building programs.
• Analyze HR programs and trends; participate in surveys and benchmarking.
• Recommends policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Travel approximately once per period.
