All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leadership and program managers across our federal contracting portfolio. This role blends full-cycle HR duties with a strong emphasis on cleared staffing and analytics.

The ideal candidate will drive data-driven workforce insights, support recruiting funnels for active federal proposals, and ensure strict compliance with OFCCP, SCA, and AAP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a federal government contracting environment.
• Tech recruiting mastery sourcing candidates with active federal clearances.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS/ATS and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Regulatory knowledge of OFCCP, affirmative action mapping, and SCA wage determinations.
• Experience aligning ATS onboarding and payroll handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations, performance management and HR compliance across the portfolio.
• Lead talent acquisition for cleared staffing and federal proposal staffing efforts.
• Audit and report on HR metrics and KPIs for leadership.
• Partner with program managers to define labor categories and build talent pipelines.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with OFCCP, EEO, SCA, and FLSA requirements.
