Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related HR generalist experience.
• 5+ years HR experience.
• HR certifications preferred (PHR, SHRM-SCP).
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Self-directed and motivated to execute with minimal direction.
• Travel required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle moderately complex HR matters, interpret policies, and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on policies and benefits.
• Support onboarding, new manager training, and orientation.
• Compile and prepare employee data for status changes (promotions, changes).
• Collaborate with HR Compliance for timely employee changes.
• Maintain personnel and medical files to required standards.
• Assist with terminations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee new hire orientation, ethics certifications, and performance appraisals.
• Conduct exit interviews and report trends to HR leadership.
• Provide employee relations support and guide managers through HR issues.
• Document disciplinary actions with managers.
• Conduct workplace investigations and report findings to Sr. HR Manager.
• Review evaluations and coach managers on timely completion.
• Partner with Corporate Recruiter to manage job postings and ATS updates.
• Assist with job description development and benefits guidance with the Benefits Team.
• Support engagement activities and company-wide events.
