Canyon Equities is a West Michigan-based shared services organization supporting Custer, a local company. This HR role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant HR services across the organization and partnering with employees and leaders to run HR operations smoothly.

With a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of HR experience (HR certification preferred), you’ll manage talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR systems, while maintaining an engaging workplace and strong

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 4+ years of HR experience.
Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and high service quality.

Mansioni

Lead full-cycle recruiting, interview candidates, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding.
Provide guidance on employee relations and HR-related questions with discretion.
Process payroll and payroll changes accurately; manage benefits, leaves, and deductions.
Maintain HRIS, ensure data integrity, and produce routine HR reports.
Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor compliance with federal/state/local laws and support audits.
Continuously improve HR programs, policies, and workflows for efficiency.
