Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employee relations concerns and policy interpretation
• Lead complex investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and ethics concerns
• Partner with managers on performance management and corrective action
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Record all personnel transactions in HRIS and payroll systems and generate reports
