Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong hands-on payroll knowledge and experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and California wage-and-hour requirements.
• Experience in banking/financial services environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the payroll process to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and system entries for new hires.
• Manage employee separations and ensure accurate final payroll information.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with benefits administration and HRIS data management.
