CalPrivate Bank is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist – Payroll Administrator in Brea, CA. The role combines payroll leadership with HR generalist duties, focusing on onboarding, employee relations, and compliant HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of HR experience, strong payroll knowledge with ADP Workforce Now experience, and a commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance. This position supports the full employee lifecycle in a relationships-driven bank culture.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge and ability to back up payroll resources.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the payroll process for accurate, timely payroll administration.
• Provide HR partnership and guidance on employee relations matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure accurate employee data and documentation.
• Handle offboarding, including final payrolls and communications.
• Support HR operations, compliance, and benefit administration.
