Elite-Recruiting- in Gillette, Wyoming is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead the day-to-day HR function for a growing organization. This on-site role supports ~30 employees and collaborates with the parent company’s HR leadership.

The ideal candidate brings broad HR experience across employment law, benefits, and performance management, with a strong sense of ownership and strategy execution. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including independent work.
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and payroll coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HR Leadership & Operations: Serve as the primary on-site HR resource and trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Benefits & Compensation Administration: Oversee benefit programs and compensation-related matters; coordinate with payroll.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: Support engagement and retention; coach managers on ER and performance.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain compliance programs and seek efficiency improvements.
• Strategic HR Partnership: Align with parent company leadership and lead HR projects.
