Job summary

Senior HR Generalist in Gillette, Wyoming, is responsible for leading the day-to-day HR function for a growing organization. You will own the full employee lifecycle, work closely with parent-company HR leadership, and balance hands-on duties with strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently while serving as a trusted resource to both employees and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years progressive HR experience, including independent work.
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines: employee relations, benefits, comp, laws.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO.
• Excellent organizational skills and judgment.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and office suites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site HR resource for employees and leadership.
• Oversee daily HR operations; update policies and employee handbook.
• Maintain confidential files and HRIS data; ensure compliance with laws.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate with payroll.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
