Elite-Recruiting- seeks a Senior HR Generalist to lead the day-to-day HR function for our Gillette, Wyoming team. As the primary on-site HR leader for ~30 employees, you will oversee the full lifecycle of employees, partner with the parent company, and drive both operational excellence and strategic workforce initiatives.

The role requires broad HR experience, strong judgment, and the ability to balance hands-on HR duties with strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including independent work.
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines: ER, TA, benefits, compensation, employment law, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site HR resource for employees and leadership.
• Manage daily HR operations and update policies and handbook.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HRIS data.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate background checks, references, and offers.
