Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing (unionized preferred).
• English proficiency required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations, including grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, CBAs (where applicable), and internal HR policies.
• Oversee workforce planning and collaborate with recruiting to meet staffing needs.
