Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution settings.
• Experience with HRIS, recruiting systems, and timekeeping tools.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled trades.
• Lead onboarding and orientation with safety and training.
• Manage employee relations and conduct investigations.
• Partner with operations on attendance, workforce planning, scheduling, and overtime.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work.
• Maintain HRIS data and employee records; support audits.
• Assist with performance management and development planning.
• Contribute to engagement, safety programs, and continuous improvement.
