Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and drive employee engagement at our El Paso, TX site. You will report to the Director of HR and help implement policies aligned with business objectives while managing talent and employee relations across the organization.

The role emphasizes compliance with local labor laws, recruitment support, and stakeholder guidance in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for local labor law compliance.
