Job summary

Honeywell in El Paso, TX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives and manage human resources across the organization.

You will report to the Director of HR and help implement policies, drive employee engagement, and support talent management while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

You will report directly to our Director of HR,and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location.

In this role, you will impact the organization by implementing HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting talent management initiatives.
