Job summary

Trojan Battery Company is hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide full-cycle HR support for our Alabama manufacturing plant. The role focuses on policy alignment, performance management, employee engagement, and training delivery.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years in HR, strong HR knowledge and Spanish/English bilingual skills, and the ability to support multiple shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, economics or business management is required.
• 5–7 years in HR, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment and training.
• Proficient office software; Excel analytics and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written reports, policies and procedures; bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting and multi-shift support.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle HR support to the manufacturing plant and team.
• Analyze government rules and ensure policy alignment with regulations.
• Improve performance management processes and tracking.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and relations initiatives.
• Develop trainings and communication on HR programs.
• Maintain HR records, org charts and reports.
