Ultra Maritime is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations at Wake Forest, NC, with periodic travel to Chantilly, VA. You will partner with managers and employees to drive engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, with knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR processes, including HRIS, benefits, and performance management. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to assigned locations, serving as a resource to managers and employees on routine HR matters.
• Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries and supporting performance management processes.
• Support recruiting efforts by posting openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including responding to questions and supporting open enrollment processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects to ensure timely execution.
