Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across employee lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle: Delivers core HR operations across lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, engagement.
• Talent Acquisition: Recruits and guides hire across multiple functions and levels; partners with managers to identify required competencies.
• Payroll & Benefits: Manages bi-weekly payroll processing and related post-processing reporting; coordinates 401k and benefits.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Supports onboarding and 30/60/90-day plans to ensure a positive start for new hires.
• Offboarding: Coordinates offboarding, including documentation, system access, and property return for smooth transitions.
• Training & Development: Creates and manages training programs and tracks progress in HRIS.
