You will drive employee relations, recruitment, and total rewards while maintaining strict compliance with employment laws.

The role is based at CFD Research’s corporate headquarters in Huntsville and is 100% onsite. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of HR Generalist experience are required, with ADP and Unanet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HRIS administrator and maintain data integrity (ADP).
• Perform attrition analysis and manage employee demographics data.
• Ensure compliance reporting and policy administration with employment laws.
• Oversee payroll reviews and approvals prior to finalization.
• Manage department invoices, bonus communications, and org chart updates.
• Support HR best practices, talent management, and regulatory changes.
