Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for the Santa Ana, CA facility. You will support the development and execution of HR programs, partnering with operations leaders to drive culture and align workforce plans with business goals.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staffing and training, and handling leave, disability, and workers’ compensation coordination as needed. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related function.
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience in a manufacturing plant or operations environment.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical HR activities for the Santa Ana operations.
• Guide and coach operations leaders to ensure compliance with laws and Eaton policies.
• Coach leaders to improve effectiveness and workplace culture.
• Lead staffing and talent acquisition to align with business goals.
• Coordinate training and communication processes to meet organizational needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
