The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join its HR team in Washington, DC, reporting to the Human Resources Director. The role covers a broad range of HR functions, including compliance, HRIS management, recruitment, and compensation analyses.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, deep knowledge of benefits, and the ability to lead projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead domestic and foreign compliance across HR functions.
• Audit and manage Carnegie's HRIS and assist in automating HR processes.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing.
• Support managers during performance reviews.
• Participate in salary surveys and conduct compensation analyses.
• Support employee relations and conduct exit interviews.
• Organize training sessions.
• Supervise staffing coordinator and HR assistant.
