Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR Business Partner to field leadership.
• Direct and manage tasks, programs, and projects within the Field team.
• Provide strategic consulting to field leadership regarding staffing, compensation, performance, and employee relations.
• Coach and lead HR staff; drive improvements in service efficiency.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and national HR programs for communication.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation for assigned area; support transitions with mergers/acquisitions.
• Conduct employee relations counseling, mediation, investigations, and grievances.
