We are currently searching for a Senior HR Generalist, based in our Sugar Land, TX regional headquarters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Generalist Support
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service.
Maintain and update HRIS data and personnel files to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Administer employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves of absence, etc.).
Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with assigned hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
Coordinate and deliver seamless onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.
Employee Relations & Performance
Provide partnership for routine employee relations support, escalating complex cases when needed.
Partner with managers to guide performance and development conversations, supporting goal-setting and review cycles.
Help support a positive work environment through ongoing employee engagement efforts.
Benefits & Compliance
Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment processes.
Support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and required documentation.
Maintain awareness of evolving employment practices and recommend improvements.
Learning & Development
Assist in the planning and logistics for training sessions and development programs.
Track participation and feedback to measure effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
HR Operations & Projects
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
Support ad hoc projects including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts.
Qualifications
BS in Business related field preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or multi-functional HR role.
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and compliance.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and a strong attention to data accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a client group or partnering with managers.
Exposure to learning and development or performance management processes.
Basic knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in the United States .
