The Senior Human Resources Generalist partners with managers and employees at various levels to provide HR support and solutions. Will work in conjunction with senior HR partners of the business group. Specific areas of influence include talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation/salary administration, training and development, compliance, and special projects. Interfaces with plant and department management in assuring the delivery of all Human Resources initiatives.
