Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced HR liaison to bridge HR Centers of Excellence with business stakeholders and influence strategy, programs, and policies across the organization.

The role involves supporting HR investigations, compliance, employee relations, and data-driven HR initiatives, while partnering with HR and business leaders to implement organizational change and maintain KPIs and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum six years of HR or business operations experience.
  • Experience as an HR generalist across multiple disciplines preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact between HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders; influence strategies, programs, and policies.
  • Support HR projects by developing work plans and coordinating resources to meet priorities.
  • Conduct HR investigations and provide input for corrective actions and compliance.
  • Assist on HR support activities (equal opportunity, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training).
  • Ensure HR activities align with standards and are well documented.
