Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a senior director of human resources to act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, guiding strategies, programs, policies, and procedures aligned with the business plan. The role oversees labor relations, complex investigations, and regulatory compliance across small- to medium-sized service areas, ensuring effective HR support and governance.

The position oversees organizational change initiatives, data-driven HR decisions, and collaboration with HR Centers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and minimum 12 years in HR or business operations.
Minimum six (6) years in a leadership role with at least four (4) years of supervisory experience.
KSAs include data analysis, business acumen, change leadership, investigations, and policy/regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

Build organizational capacity, develop talent, and align performance management with business goals.
Oversee multiple units, translate strategy into requirements, and allocate resources.
Oversee organizational change efforts, create change management plans, and communicate regional differences.
Direct and/or partner on employee and labor relations, policy guidance, and regulatory compliance.
Provide data-driven HR recommendations to executive leadership and manage complex reporting.
