UCLA Health is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to guide management on policy and legal compliance and to conduct comprehensive investigations across departments. You will collaborate with Title IX, Compliance, and Legal Affairs to ensure consistent HR practices.

You will interpret policies, train leadership, and help develop HR process protocols, handling FMLA, layoffs, performance appraisals, and whistleblower cases.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in employment-related matters.
• Knowledge of public sector laws; healthcare/education experience preferred; union experience preferred.
• Strong ability to write clear, persuasive documents and reports.
• Demonstrated presentation skills in grievance meetings, trainings, panels.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA/CFRA, HIPAA, FLSA, HEERA, etc.).
• Experience conducting investigations of harassment and discrimination cases.
• Ability to collaborate with UCLA offices and UC system offices.
