Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum eleven (11) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning in others by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promotes adherence to all procedures and policies; solves complex problems; monitors progress and results.
• Drives business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives by working closely with senior executives to facilitate the development and articulation of the business strategy.
