Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or related field.
• Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or related field with at least 1 year experience.
• Alternatively, 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships by providing resources, information, and expertise; mentor team members.
• Complete autonomous work using up-to-date expertise to generate solutions and ensure policies are followed.
• Serve on a consulting team to align stakeholders and drive initiatives across tracks or workstreams.
• Develop business, process, or system requirements and write comprehensive business cases.
• Map current state to future state; identify value gaps and opportunities for improvements.
• Define performance metrics and manage initiatives to deliver measurable results.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement as a people strategy.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and resources; monitor risks and escalate issues.
