Western Arizona Regional Medical Center seeks a Human Resources Director to align the facility’s people strategy with its long-term goals. You will lead HR leadership, shape workforce planning, and drive comprehensive programs in recruitment, development, and engagement.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize budgets, and partner with leadership to deliver value-driven HR services that support mission and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or seven+ years of direct HR leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred for this leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead a HR team and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with talent acquisition, retention, and workforce development.

• Directs HR organizational strategies and aligns them with organizational goals.
• Leads HR initiatives by enforcing values, policies, and procedures.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and HR technology implementation.
