Job summary

Western Arizona Regional Medical Center is seeking a Human Resources Director to align HR strategy with the facility's goals and ensure compliant, value-driven services. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management while driving workforce planning and budget stewardship.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to partner with clinical and administrative leaders to deliver exceptional people services. Onsite in Bullhead City, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required or Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs HR strategies by contributing insights and recommendations to strategic planning and objectives.
• Leads HR initiatives by defining accountabilities and enforcing values, policies, and procedures.
• Manages HR operational strategies by analyzing trends and preparing KPIs; improves productivity, safety, and health.
• Oversees talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, training, records, and retention; ensures compliance.
• Advises management with data-driven decision making and HR analytics.
• Completes HR projects; prioritizes, coordinates, and evaluates milestones.
• Protects confidentiality and safeguards sensitive information.
• Attends workshops and participates in professional networks.
• Performs other duties and maintains regular attendance.
• Complies with policies and standards.
