Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or 7+ years direct experience in lieu
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and strategic planning.
• Lead HR initiatives by defining accountabilities and enforcing values, policies, and procedures.
• Manage HR operations, analyze trends, and develop KPIs to improve productivity and service quality.
• Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations; ensure compliance.
