MountainView Regional Medical Center seeks a Human Resources Director to align people strategy with the facility’s goals, lead a high-performing HR team, and drive innovations in talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.

This role advises management, manages risk and compliance, and partners with leadership to foster a positive, compliant workplace while ensuring efficient budgets and optimal HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs HR strategies aligned with organization goals.
• Defines accountability, communicates and enforces values, policies, and procedures.
• Analyzes trends and prepares key performance metrics for HR.
• Oversees talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Advises management with data-driven HR decisions.
• Completes HR special projects and monitors milestones.
• Protects confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
• Stays updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• May work in staff role ensuring core competencies are met.
