Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, business or related field; 12+ years HR experience and 7+ years in management.
• Advanced degree and HR certification strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing and managing HR programs; strong HRBP background in diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, systems-level leadership for the Human Resources function.
• Partner with leadership to design, evolve, and execute the people strategy.
