Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister for the Northwest International Student Ministry. The role is remote in the USA and full-time, focusing on spiritual growth, campus leadership, collaboration, and ministry partnerships. Pay ranges per year with funding through donors, requiring active fundraising.

You will develop strategy, lead students and faculty, and supervise interns as delegated, while aligning programs to InterVarsity’s vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for four-year campus assignments and an Associate's degree for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to minister to diverse communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth personally and in your team, modeling InterVarsity’s values.
• Lead campus ministry teams through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Coordinate with staff and volunteers to develop and implement ministry plans and goals.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor and manage donor relationships.
